My Approach
As a therapist, I utilize an integrative approach that draws from evidence-based practices like cognitive behavioral therapy as well as holistic techniques to help clients heal in body, mind and spirit. Cognitive behavioral therapy focuses on identifying unhelpful thought and behavior patterns and developing new skills to challenge them. I also incorporate mindfulness exercises, creative arts therapies and somatic practices that get the whole self involved in the therapeutic process. My goal is to meet each client where they are and help them grow toward greater health and wholeness using methods tailored to their unique needs and aspirations. I see therapy as a collaborative journey and am committed to accompanying my clients with compassion as they unlock their fullest potential.
